92 year old marathon runner does it again! Submitted: 02 Oct 2003 Fauja Singh, the 92 year old marathon runner from Ilford, smashed his own world record when he ran the 26 mile Toronto Waterfront Marathon in 5 hours 40 mins. His previous time for a marathon was 22 minutes longer. He is now due to appear in an Adidas TV commercial next year. He is also due to run in the New York marathon soon.
