This week's news in brief | Submitted: 13 Sep 2001 | A Three year old Asian boy was sprayed in the face in a seemingly motiveless attack with CS gas in what is thought to be a racist attack in Barking.
A 63 year old manis lucky to be alive as he disturbed thugs during an attempted breakin at Fairheads store in Cranbrook Road. He tried to stop them getting away bt was run over sustaining bruising to both arms and legs.
