This is a fairly quiet pub, not very exciting but it looks very pleasant from outside. The outside looks great and it has quite a small, but nice looking interior. The garden is spacious with plenty of tables. I think children are allowed in the garden but I''m not sure about inside. It''s in a quiet area and there aren''t too many young people. It''s great if you hate teenagers. Service was very polite and friendly.
Right now (14/7/01) they seem to be having live music on Saturday nights. Sometimes a band, sometimes a solo artist, and a free buffet. White Hart customers had been going here while their pub was being refurbished. Will they stay?
Conclusion
A bit of an ''old mans pub'' not really good for young pubgoers. A bit too quiet.
