  • A woman was forced to hand over the keys to her car after a masked gunmen was found in her garden.
  • Pupils at Caterham High school raised £330 for the Imperial Cancer Research Fund by donating money to attend lessons and paying if they were late for school.
  • Third Redbridge Healthcare Trust board has a overspent by £951,000 in the last three months.
  • The owner of a pharmacy was robbed on the way to deposit takings at the Post Office.

    Residents in Barkingside plan to set up a vigilante group to deal with thugs in the area.
  • Someone fired three shots with an air rifle at man who was checking his car while in Snakes Lane East. Three such instances happened last week where one shot cracked a bus window carrying school children and another where an elderly lady had to run for cover.
  • 14 year old schoolgirl groped while walking in Cranbrook Road on Sunday her. He had distinctive clothing - grey woolly hat, pink and striped shirt, sunglasses even though it was raining.
  • Mobile phone thefts on the increase - 12 per week now while 4 months ago it was three a week.
  • A 15 year old boy and a nine-year-old boy linked to 4 incidents last weekend in Gants Hill and Barkingside.
  • Cars with out of date car tax will be towed away this week in a new clampdown.
  • Security guard in a supermarket had a shopping trolley thrown at him and he dodged a punch from a shopper.
