| Ilford rocks! It is not as great as it used to be, but it is still has good shops and a decent park. Is it true the Jonas Brothers are going to visit Ilford?! |

| Left Ilford a life time ago,but still have very happy memories of the old place,Valentines park,Dane secondary school,The Angel pub etc,maybe I'll come 'home' someday!! |

| I have very fond memories of Ilford from the mid 1960s, and again in the early 1970s - when, as a child, I used to visit with my Mother Valerie (nee King) and Grandmother Florence - I, like so many, am trying to build up my family tree (sadly long after those that could have helped with specific surnames of my Grandfather's sister and their families have died). I have left a message re above in 'Find-a-Friend'

| Who is to say that I did not join in, Quest? Oh for the halcyon days when this great forum was a hive of activity, when huge numbers of regulars logged in on a daily basis to exchange pleasantries, gossip and heated debate. The memorable contributions of the historical Horatio, the ever cheery s.r, the seductive Vixy, the formidable Xena and her fearless Charioteer, the sometimes vulgar AzzaB, the incomparable witticism and prolific observations of one blazing glimmer and all the others who made this site come to life each and every dreary day! Where have they all gone? Why so silent? They are but whispers of virtual history, darkness there and nothing more. |

| Ilford is terrible. People really do bring down an area, ive lived here all my life and do not feel connected to the area one bit, let alone call it home. |

| Long time,among friends ,family and happiness,for you,memories may be getting lost,for me though,after all this years,having lost alot,but very strong about it,only your thoughts manages to bring tears, and I wonder, what is making me so sad.my ego,wears a very strong fabric too,but when it comes to you,and only you,I let it all go,to satisfy a small desire ,may be hear your voice, know that you are ok.why?,I have no clue.trying hard to keep distant ,but sometimes I fail.with time, I will learn to,but no matter what,you will always be special,trust me I am not chasing or searcing for any thing,just missing you endlessly,take care and lots of pure love. |
