| I lived in Wakefield gardens Ilford between 1972-1975. At the time it was a very clean and peaceful place to live. I have great memories of walking around Valentines park with my girlfriend at the time. Her name was Sharon Ewers a stunning red head. I wonder what happened to her. If any body out there knows of her whereabouts It would be of great interest to me. I went back to Ilford in May of 2007 and could not beleive the change in the area. The whole area seemed sad, dirty and rather depressing. |
