    Epping Forest Country Club has been sold to a health club operator. The new facilities will open in two years, while The Atlantis nightclub on the site which shut last month, will be demolished.

  • It's been a quiet week
    Nothing interesting has happened last week. Because of the Queen Mother's death the papers are full of tributes to her. With the 2 Bank Holidays last week if anything interesting did happen there was probably no time to write about them.

  • The Queen will visit Redbridge!
    Can you believe it? The Queen will be visiting Redbridge briefly as part of the celebrations for her golden jubilee. She along with Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh will be visiting an allotment in Redbridge Lane West which an organisation uses to show people with learning difficulties to grow their own vegetables. Thursday May 9th is the date.
